Reach Code Advisory Committee for the Cities of Carpinteria, Goleta, and County of Santa Barbara

September 15, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

REGISTER

Please join the County of Santa Barbara and the cities of Carpinteria, Goleta, and Santa Barbara Advisory Committee for the development of a regional framework for reach codes in our region. We are seeking input from various stakeholders across these jurisdictions to inform this collaborative process and provide a clear understanding of the benefits and impacts reach codes will bring to the region.

During this Advisory Committee meeting you will meet all the parties working together to develop the reach code; learn about the benefits of electrification reach codes and grid reliability; understand the different approaches to adopting a reach code; learn about possible exceptions to reach codes; receive resources; and most importantly provide valuable input and insight into the process. We look forward to seeing you there.

This work is being done in collaboration with the County of Santa Barbara, City of Goleta, City of Carpinteria, City of Santa Barbara, SCE, NegaWatt, CEG, and 3C-REN
