Erica joined the Sustainability Division in August of 2019. As Portfolio Manager for 3C-REN, she helps deliver energy savings programs that provide rebates to local residents, as well as workforce training and energy code support to industry professionals across the Tri-Counties. Erica has a master’s degree in Environmental Science & Policy, and experience working in the public, private and non-profit sectors on renewable energy, battery storage, energy efficiency and resiliency.
