Maricela joined the County of Ventura in 2017 and brings a wealth of expertise in data management, reporting and analysis, and business process improvement. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and an MBA in Information Technology Management from California Lutheran University. In 2024, Maricela joined the Sustainability Division as a Program Administrator, where she is dedicated to advancing the county’s sustainability initiatives.
