Thank you for your interest in reserving a Meeting Kit for your upcoming meeting.
The Kits are available to all employees hosting a meeting in the Hall of Administration.
What Is Included in the Kit?
Our Meeting Kit includes the following items:
· Pitcher of cold, filtered water
· Cups
· Tray for easy transport
In the future, we hope to expand our Meeting Kit by offering a more robust kit that will also include service ware (plates and utensils).
How Do I Reserve a Kit?
Please schedule a meeting/appointment with sustainability@ventura.org, include your meeting date and time and kindly indicate your interest in the Meeting Kit. Prior to the meeting, our sustainability staff will contact you to confirm the number of attendees. Your Kit will be available for pickup at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. If you require any special accommodations, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Where is the Sustainability Office?
We are located on the fourth floor of the Hall of Administration. Look for the large Sustainability Division Banner outside our office door.
What Do I Do After the Meeting?
Please CLEAN and return the Meeting Kit to our office within the 24 hours following your meeting.
