Thank you for your interest in reserving a Meeting Kit for your upcoming meeting.
Currently, we are implementing a Pilot Program to CEO staff to see how to effectively launch the program.
What Is Included in the Kit?
Our Meeting Kit includes the following items:
· Pitcher of cold, filtered water
· Cups
· Tray for easy transport
In the future, we hope to expand our Meeting Kit by offering a more robust kit that will also include service ware (plates and utensils).
How Do I Reserve a Kit?
When making your Outlook meeting/appointment, simply include sustainability@ventura.org in the meeting/appointment invite. Sustainability staff will reach out to the meeting organizer before the meeting date to confirm the number of attendees. Your Kit will be ready for pick up at our office 15 minutes before your meeting time. If you need special accommodations, we will consider if feasible.
Where is the Sustainability Office?
We are located on the fourth floor of the Hall of Administration. Look for the large Sustainability Division Banner outside our office door.
What Do I Do After the Meeting?
Please CLEAN and return the Meeting Kit to our office within the 24 hours following your meeting.
